Day 16 is another one of those tough ones.  We run in the foothills of the Langeberg mountains which means a lot of ups and downs.  A very scenic part of the country will once again be enough reason to take our time about it.  This is the area where we start to see a lot of friends coming from Cape Town and surrounds to join us as a few hours drive gets you to areas which are well known for cycling, trail running and camping.
