Day 13 is so similar to the previous day.  This double header through the Klein Karoo will allow our bodies to recover from the hard first week, and hopefully recharge for the final stretch and all the climbing still to come.  From De Hoop we follow the Olifantsrivier until it meets the Gouritsrivier.  From there we exit the Klein Karoo on the possible road – the mighty and lofty Rooiberg pass, ending the day on the lower slopes and perhaps a sleepless night.
